we have the technology to take a thousand digital pictures in a minute, or generate moments that didn’t happen. that doesn’t mean we should! film asks for patience and intention, and that slowness is what elevates the work.
outside of photography i work in community arts and archival projects, and find inspiration from all kinds of art mediums.
